A methodology memo with further analysis from the Housing Market and Demand Study released by the Yampa Valley Housing Authority in July is now available to the public, according to a statement released on Tuesday.

Created by Economic & Planning Systems, Inc., the firm that led the full study, the addenda provides additional analysis on the firm’s data source for job growth rates and the impact of sensitivity testing on housing demand estimates, and also compares the 2022 study with the one released earlier this summer.

In the statement, YVHA encouraged members of the public interested in getting an overview of the full study to view both the executive summary and the methodology memo.
