UCHealth Urgent Care center at base of Steamboat Resort reopens Saturday

UCHealth Urgent Care - Steamboat Springs will reopen for the 2023-24 winter season on Saturday, Nov. 25, 2023.

Located at the base of Steamboat Resort, UCHealth Urgent Care – Steamboat Resort will reopen for the winter on Saturday.

The urgent care center will be open 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on the weekends through mid-December. Starting Dec. 15, the center will be open 9 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. daily.

According to UCHealth, patients can be seen for a variety of minor illnesses and injuries. Conditions may include colds and flu, ear infections, sore throats and coughs, lacerations, sinus infections, respiratory illnesses, urinary tract infections and sprains and strains, among others.



Workers’ compensation injuries can also be seen there. Lab services are available on-site. Should a patient need imaging or additional care, transportation is available to UCHealth Urgent Care – Steamboat Springs or the emergency department at UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center.

No appointment is necessary. If desired, patients can reserve their spot online at UCHealth.org/steamboatresort and receive a text when it’s time to enter the building. Most insurances are accepted, including Tricare, Colorado Medicaid and Medicare.
