As part of the ongoing Yampa River Scorecard Project led by nonprofit Friends of the Yampa, river users are asked to provide input regarding their experiences floating or boating various sections of the river this season.

The short, online Boating and Fishing Intercept Survey takes about five minutes to complete and is available via the website Yampascorecard.org under the “Get Involved” tab.

The scorecard project is a long-term river health monitoring and evaluation program for the Yampa River Basin. Community input helps project organizers better understand how people are accessing the river and what safety concerns they may have. Public feedback will directly inform the Yampa River Scorecard Project so that organizers better understand recreational use of the river.
