Ski Corp. taps new director of resort and hotel sales.

Larry Young has been named as the new Director of Resort and Hotel Sales at the Steamboat Ski and Resort Corporation. His first day was Nov. 1.
Young’s role will be to develop and execute sales plans, lead the sales teams and identify new business opportunities, according to a news release from the resort.
“Larry has been a key player within our sales department over the last decade,” said Vice President of Business Development Jennifer Shea, in the news release. “We look forward to him to expanding his expertise and exploring new opportunities to develop world-class hospitality for our guests.”
Young has two decades of experience at the resort, and his last role was as senior sales manager.
“I’m excited about this opportunity and the ability to grow in my career with Steamboat,” said Young. “This new position provides a chance to create community-centric events and support city and regional programs that offer access to mountain sports and activities.”
