Minor Edward Woodall, III passed away on July 23, 2025 in Steamboat Springs, CO at age 74.
He is preceded in death by his father Minor Edward Woodall, Jr, and his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Minor Edward Woodall, Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. John William Thompson. He is survived by his mother, Katherine Woodall; brother, John Woodall; sisters, Elizabeth Woodall, and Sherida Rice (Rick); nephew Jake Woodall; niece Adele Woodall Epperson; and great niece Hudson Epperson.
Ed graduated from the University of the South, Sewanee, TN and University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, AL. He was an accountant in the banking industry for over 25 years before moving to Steamboat where he worked for UPS. Ed was an avid snow skier while living in Steamboat Springs and enjoyed the outdoors. A memorial service will be held at Episcopal Church of the Epiphany in Guntersville, AL on September 12, 2025 at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Routt County Humane Society or the Church of Epiphany general fund, 1101 Sunset Dr, Guntersville, AL 35976.
