With the swimming pool renovations complete at Old Town Hot Springs, the nonprofit fitness center in downtown Steamboat Springs is offering new or renewed aquatic health and safety classes ranging from Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga, to Log Rolling, to lifeguard training.

New aquatic classes start this week or month including SUP Yoga, Adult Swim for Fitness and Adult Swim Basics. Returning aquatic classes include Aqua Zumba, H2O Deep and the unique class of Log Rolling, which takes place 4:30-5:30 p.m. Fridays.

An early morning Fit 4 Life aquatics class also is available, and the fitness center is hosting an increased amount of lifeguard trainings, Water Safety Instructor certifications and swimming lessons.

The fitness center also will offer its next session of Self Defense Program for women on Monday evenings that starts June 9.

Group fitness classes are free for OTHS members, and group classes for guests are $29, which includes admission to the facility for the day. More information is available at Oldtownhotsprings.org/group-classes.
