Why I Moved to Steamboat Springs — Nicole Cotter

Nicole Cotter, MD, UCHealth Rheumatology Clinic
“My husband, Jim, an emergency medicine physician at UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center, and I have wanted to move west to a mountain town for as long as we can remember. We spent a lot of time in Colorado before moving here, and we dreamed of what it would be like to live where we vacation. We wanted the active mountain lifestyle in a town where we could both practice our trade and that offered a family atmosphere and a strong sense of community. We found all of these things in Steamboat Springs and are thrilled to be here.”
