Northwest Colorado Health to host Good Grief Yoga on April 23

Northwest Colorado Health’s Hospice and Bereavement program is hosting Good Grief Yoga from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Harmony Yoga and Wellness in Steamboat Springs.

Northwest Colorado Health’s Hospice and Bereavement program is hosting Good Grief Yoga from 5:30-6:30 p.m. on Wednesday at Harmony Yoga and Wellness, 2550 S. Copper Frontage, Unit 208, in Steamboat Springs. 

The donation-based class is open to all members of the community and will focus on movements and poses that help release feelings of grief. The class will be led by Teresa Miller, death doula and Hospice volunteer. 

Good Grief Yoga is a part of the “Good Grief!” Art Exhibit series, with the art show being on display through April 27 at the Art Depot.
