Waste Management local service sells to Apex Waste

Waste Management of Colorado has announced that its operations in the service area of Steamboat Springs and Routt County have been sold to Apex Waste Solutions effective July 1.
Apex Waste Solutions also recently acquired Twin Enviro Services.
According to an email notice to customers: “Waste Management and Apex Waste Solutions are committed to making this transition as seamless and transparent for you as possible. You will hear from Apex Waste Solutions regarding your account in the coming weeks, and we recommend you keep an eye out for the Apex Waste Solutions logo on any incoming communications, including how to make payment and sign up for automatic payments.”
Apex Waste Solutions noted they plan to operate with no disruption to services, and that Waste Management trucks and other equipment such as containers, dumpsters and compactor units will be updated to reflect Apex Waste Solutions.
Apex, headquartered in Parker, is an independent Colorado waste and recycling company and is the trade name of Materials Management Co., Roll-Off Solutions and affiliated entities, including companies that operate under Twin Enviro Services.
