The town of Yampa is hosting a community gathering from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24 at the Ladies Aid Hall to commemorate the three-year anniversary of the adoption of its comprehensive plan, according to a recent news release from Town Clerk Sheila Symons.

The event will begin with a half-hour dinner catered by Flat Tops Café before segueing into a short presentation and open conversation.

The discussion gives Yampa community members an opportunity to check in with one another and share their perspectives on the implementation of the comprehensive plan, as well as what the town has accomplished and where it’s headed. Participation from both new and longtime residents is highly encouraged.
