CrossFit Steamboat hosts workout to benefit Faith RX’ed

STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — CrossFit Steamboat will host a workout at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 13, to raise money in honor of Becky Conzelman, the founder of Faith RX’ed, who died April 6. Faith RX’ed is a CrossFit gym based in Littleton that combines the Christian faith with fitness.

Saturday’s workout will be completed in teams over the course of an hour. For every 400 meters rowed, run or biked, a team will choose a set dollar amount donation to contribute to Faith RX’ed.

The workout is open to anyone in the community.
