Tom Ross

    After 36 years, over the span of almost four decades and so many changes in newspapering, Tom Ross retired from his role at the Steamboat Pilot & Today in June 2018. He started working for the newspaper in 1979. Tom continues to write a monthly column for the Pilot & Today.

    Tom has a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is from Madison. His interests include Nordic skiing, fly-fishing, book making and documentary photography.
