Dylan Anderson joined the staff in October 2020 after graduating from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. For the student newspaper there, The Minnesota Daily, he covered the university’s governing board and administration. At internships with APM Reports in St. Paul, Minnesota, he investigated voter suppression and with the Minneapolis Star Tribune he was part of a group that reported on St. Paul neighborhoods.
Originally from the Twin Cities, Anderson is a long suffering Minnesota sports fan, rooting for heartbreaking teams like the Twins and the Vikings. He is a really avid baseball fan, loving the statistics and strategy side to the game. He also likes fishing and hopes to catch as many northern pike as possible from the Yampa River.
