Charlie Holthausen, and his wife Gail, are planning an auction this Sunday at their home in Elk River Estates that will include tools, collectibles, kitchen items, furniture and art. But the main attraction will be a 1998 GMC Safari that has been crafted into Phoenix a 35-foot fire-breathing dragon.
