Danny Rains, of HLCC Construction Company, uses a saw to cut through the remains of a wall in a space that will house Collin and Noella Kelley's new Mediterranean food concept next door to their original restaurant, Carl's Tavern, on Yampa Street. This weekend we shared a very special birthday celebration and I felt compelled to send a photo in. Our daughter Kristina Mitchell turned 9 the same weekend as our adopted Steamboat great grandma Dora Stockton who was 99.
