Young freestyle skiers start season at Copper Mountain
Steamboat Springs — Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club freestyle skiers started their season at Copper Mountain for a half-pipe event Saturday.
Liam Baxter led the way, finishing third in the pipe in the boys 10-12 division. Alex Spiegel was seventh, and Logan Spiegel was ninth.
Riley Jacobs, meanwhile, was fifth in the girls 10-12 division.
