Yampa Town Board meets tonight, water rates on tap

The Town of Yampa Board of Trustees meets at 7 p.m. today at Yampa Town Hall, 261 Moffat Ave.

On the agenda is one item of old business: the discussion of stop signs at Fifth and Main streets and Third and Main streets. New business items include the consideration of approval for beer and liquor licenses for Kum & Go and Little Beaver’s Liquor.

Also on the table will be the consideration of a new ordinance that would increase the base water and sewer rates by $1.60 per month each.

For more information, call the Town Hall at 970-638-4511.
