Wickland — Marks

Stacey Elizabeth Wickland and Christopher William Marks were married on Sept. 18, 2004, at Forest Highlands in Flagstaff, Arizona. A dinner reception followed the outdoor ceremony.

Kim Wickland of Westminster served as the maid-of-honor for her sister.

Robert Marks of Riverhead, N.Y., served as best man for his brother.

Junior bridesmaid was Avery Marks, niece of the groom.

The bride is originally from Madison, Wis. She received a bachelor’s degree in biology from DePauw University and a master’s degree in food science from Colorado State University. She is currently employed by the Joycone Company in Flagstaff as their quality assurance manager. She is the daughter of Steven and Ellen Wickland of Madison, Wis.

The groom is a former resident of Steamboat Springs and a 1989 graduate of Steamboat Springs High School. He graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in forest management. He is employed by the National Park Service as the prescribed fire specialist at Grand Canyon National Park. Chris is the son of Marsha and Martin Nash of Craig, formerly of Steamboat Springs, and William and Isobel Marks of Wexford, Penn.
