Northrup and Clark

Angel Elaine Northrup and Thorne Mckenzie Clark were married at 2 p.m. June 16, 2001 at the Methodist Church in Steamboat Springs. Officiating the ceremony was Pastor Owens. On the bride’s side was Kelly Hanson of Stagecoach; Michelle Logan of Yampa; Angela Gammuto of Loveland; Amy Quionez of Greeley and Amanda Maddux of Hayden. The Maid of Honor was the bride’s mother, Brenda Northrup of Yampa.

The groom’s attendants were his father, Lou Clark of Louisiana; Don Miles of Cleveland, Ohio; Dan Saunder of Dacono; Matt Matteson of Steamboat Springs and Reid Maddux of Hayden. The best man was the groom’s brother, Chris Clark of Nome, Alaska. The ring bearer was Casey Clark of Louisiana, a brother of the groom.

Attending the wedding were the grandparents of the bride, Dewey and Janet Williams of Steamboat Springs; Jeannie Northrup of Yampa; Bill and Carmen Northrup of Hayden; Bill Northrup of Yampa and Grand Junction and William Northrup. Family present on the groom’s side were stepfather, Jim Phelps of Aurora and Nancy of Highland Ranch; stepmother, Fleta Clark of Louisiana; sister, Jessica Clark of Nebraska and the mother of the groom, the late Carline Clark, was in their hearts.

The wedding reception was held at the Strings in the Mountains tent.

After the reception Angel and Thorne honeymooned in Cancun. They now make their home in Greeley where Angel is attending UNC and Thorne is working for Golder Associates and also attending Metro State.
