UCHealth quarterly lymphedema monitoring clinic to open in late April

The UCHealth SportsMed Clinic in Steamboat Springs will host a quarterly lymphedema monitoring clinic at the end of April, inviting patients to test for lymphatic system damage.

The clinic will utilize the SOZO Digital Health Platform, which is the “most advanced” method to analyze fluid levels and tissue composition, according to a news release. This testing method can aid in early detection and treatment of lymphedema.

Patients who have previously been screened using the SOZO Digital Health Platform can schedule a 15-minute re-testing appointment within clinic dates.

The clinic will be available for appointments April 28 through May 1. Clinics are available every year in January, April, July and October.

For more information or to schedule an appointment, call the UCHealth SportsMed Clinic at 970-871-2370.
