Police, fire and ambulance calls

1:25 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a bear getting into a dumpster behind a Mexican restaurant in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The business was ticketed.

1:57 a.m. Officers were called to a report of an animal making sounds that suggested it might be injured in the 3600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police found a fox, but it did not appear to be in distress.



8:40 a.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a person in the 1400 block of Morgan Court.

1:59 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a road rage incident involving a driver and pedestrian in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.



8:40 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person having a seizure in the 30700 block of Colo. Highway 131.

9:16 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person having a seizure in the 2000 block of Snow Bowl Plaza.

9:44 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person camping in the 400 block of Ore House Plaza.

10:06 p.m. Yampa Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a drunken person in the 200 block of Lincoln Street.

10:58 p.m. Officers were called to a report of people poaching a hot tub in the 1500 block of Moraine Circle. They were gone when officers arrived.
