Police, fire and ambulance calls
12:11 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a drunken man who was refusing to pay for nachos he was eating at the corner of a convenience store in the first block of Anglers Drive. He eventually paid and left.
7:42 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a resident who heard yelling and screaming at a neighbor’s condo in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza.
8:46 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person in the 500 block of Pine Street who had unauthorized charges on a credit card.
8:50 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a parent who said former students were possibly selling marijuana to Steamboat Springs High School students.
9:11 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person in the 200 block of Willett Heights Trail who had unauthorized charges on a credit card.
10:14 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was bit by a dog in the 400 block of Tamarack Drive. The person had an injured wrist.
12:38 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident on Larimer Street. People were snowboarding on rails and filming.
12:44 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to investigate smoke in the area of the first block of Cypress Court.
1:27 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a Craigslist rental scam.
1:28 p.m. Officers were called to a report of two snowboards stolen from a rack outside a business in the 2200 block of Après Ski Way. They were each worth about $700.
1:39 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person having a seizure in the 100 block of Trafalgar Drive.
2:52 p.m. Officers were called to report of a person who thought someone was driving while holding a beer at Walton Creek Road and South Lincoln Avenue.
3:03 p.m. North Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a woman involved in a rollover snowmobile crash near Steamboat Lake Visitor Center. The 24-year-old woman was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center with neck and shoulder pain.
5:27 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person with an unknown medical problem in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive.
5:35 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a $600 watch stolen from a hotel in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.
8:46 p.m. Officers were called to a report of trespassing in the 400 block of South Lincoln Avenue. A property manager had been finding cigarette butts and empty beer cans in the area. The manager thought someone was inside a locked storage closet because the closet was not supposed to be locked. A key was used to unlock the door, and a man was inside. The 50-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree trespassing and obstructing police.
10:14 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who was bleeding in the 1400 block of Creekside Court.
