Police, fire and ambulance calls

6:03 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a noninjury crash in Phippsburg.

7:02 a.m. Yampa Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help with a small lightning-caused wildfire near mile marker 4 on Colorado Highway 134.



7:21 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of trespassing in the 27300 block of Routt County Road 43.

8:21 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a cyclist who ran a red light at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue.



9:03 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a property manager who found damage to a property in the first block of Hemlock Court. Tile and a door had been broken. A hookah also was found.

9:41 a.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help with a small lightning-caused wildfire in the 26700 block of Rimrock Trail.

11:33 a.m. Deputies were called to a report of trespassing in the 32300 block of C.R. 35.

12 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who possibly had a stroke in the 1000 block of The Boulevard.

12:08 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a $4,000 scooter that had been stolen while parked at Rotary Park on Aug. 15. The owner did not report it earlier because the owner needed to find paperwork for the scooter.

12:19 p.m. Officers were called to a report of $62 in gas stolen in the 2000 block of Curve Plaza.

1:01 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who died from natural causes in the 200 block of Hillside Drive.

5 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bike that had been locked up for a week in the 1100 block of South Lincoln Avenue. The bike belonged to a man who had been arrested and was in jail.

5:09 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a noninjury crash at Pine Grove Road and South Lincoln Avenue.

6:18 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of an crash near mile marker 152 on U.S. Highway 40.

8:22 p.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person that fell in the 200 block of West Jackson Avenue.

10:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a male and two females who would not leave a closed hot tub in the 2700 block of Eagleridge Drive.
