Police, fire and ambulance calls
12:04 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a noise complaint in the 1900 block of Cimarron Circle.
7:01 a.m. Officers were called to a report of an animal complaint at Village Lane and Merritt Street. A person reported a hound dog got in a fight with a fox. Officers found the hound and took it home. The hound had a scratch on its head, and the owner was given a ticket for having a dog at large.
8:05 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person at Laurel and Spruce Streets that lost a cell phone.
8:23 a.m. Officers were called to a report of trash thrown on a car in the 1200 block of Hilltop Parkway. Neighbors denied doing it.
11:08 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a car tailgating and swerving at 11th Street and Lincoln Avenue.
4:17 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet stolen from a car in the 800 block of Weiss Drive.
5:03 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car damaged sometime in the past few months in the 800 block of Crawford Avenue. A dome light and headlight were damaged.
5:04 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who had a high heart rate at the Steamboat Springs High School football field.
5:11 p.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a young child in the 1600 block of Shadow Run Frontage.
6:10 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a $300 tablet stolen from a car in the 1000 block of Walton Creek Road.
7:19 p.m. Officers were called to a report of criminal mischief at a restaurant in the 2800 block of Riverside Drive. An oven reportedly had been tampered with. A corned beef that was in the oven was ruined.
8:10 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the 1600 block of Shadow Frontage Road. A 22-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of felony first-degree burglary, third-degree assault and criminal mischief.
8:55 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a dog barking loudly in the 1500 block of Shadow Run Frontage. The owner of the dog was given a warning.
11:52 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunk man who waked into the wrong apartment in the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle.
