Police, fire and ambulance calls
8:55 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a person in the 1800 block of Hunters Drive who had unauthorized charges on a credit card.
9:06 a.m. Yampa Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person who was diabetic in the 300 block of Clifton Avenue.
Noon Officers were called to a report of a man who was looking for his pool table that was being used at a bar in the 700 block of Yampa Street. The table had been moved, and the man was going to talk to the bar owner.
1:36 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken man at a restaurant in the 2500 block of Village Drive. The man got food and the passed out at a table. Friends took him home.
1:42 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person in the 500 block of Grand Street who had fraudulent charges on a credit card.
2:08 p.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person with an unknown medical problem in the 200 block of South Second Street.
2:15 p.m. Officers were called to check on a person in the 800 block of Weiss Circle who missed a mental health appointment. The person was given a ride to the appointment.
2:31 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance in an alley in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. An employee started yelling and shaking a fist at a driver because people had been speeding down the alley. No one was there when officers arrived.
3:05 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to a report of a fire alarm going off at a condo complex in the 2200 block of Après Ski Way. There was smoke coming from a mechanical room. Firefighters found a blown fuse.
4:13 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person in the 500 block of Anglers Drive who had fraudulent charges on a credit card and then again on two replacement credit cards.
6:39 p.m. North Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a diabetic person in the 24800 block of Routt County Road 56.
6:45 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person with an unknown medical problem in the 1700 block of Highland Way.
9:15 p.m. Deputies were called to check on the welfare of a man in the 1800 block of Alexander Way. A man had died from natural causes.
11:13 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 2000 block of Trollhaugen Court.
11:30 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help an unconscious person at the music tent. While closing up the tent, a locked portable toilet was discovered, and there was a drunken man passed out inside.
