Police, fire and ambulance calls
12:08 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a very drunken man at a bar in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The man was given a ride home.
2:44 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person in the 300 block of Sixth Street. A woman woke up and discovered a very drunken man passed out on her couch. The man was taken to detox. The woman did not want to pursue criminal charges.
3:28 a.m. Yampa Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person having difficulty breathing in the 200 block of Fourth Street.
5:11 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a crash at Routt County Roads 33A and 33. There were five other crashes during the day, but no serious injuries were reported.
8:38 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person in the 2200 block of Elk River Road who was being harassed by a collection agency that was trying to collect money from a different person.
9:05 a.m. Officers responded to a property manager in the 600 block of Snapdragon Way who wanted to report being harassed by a resident. The property manager contacted the resident about the behavior of the resident’s dogs, and the resident responded meanly.
9:51 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a man who came into the police department and wanted to report being harassed by his soon-to-be ex-wife.
9:57 a.m. West Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person who fell in the 400 block of Meadowbrook Court.
11:18 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a pickup that had been idling for a while in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue.
1:56 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a person who was sick in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
2:47 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a coat stolen the previous night from a bar in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.
4:20 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car doing donuts at the rodeo grounds. It was gone when officers arrived.
5:11 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a car parked and blocking traffic in the 2800 block of Alpenglow Way.
6:07 p.m. Officers were called to a report of $30 in gas stolen from a station in the 2000 block of Curve Plaza.
