Police, fire and ambulance calls

3:03 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a man who burned his hands with grease while cooking bacon.

3:24 a.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person with an unknown medical problem in the 2300 block of Après Ski Way.



8:12 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a person who lost a purse at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue.

8:44 a.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who possibly overdosed in the 33800 block of Routt County Road 43A.



9:27 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a mattress stolen from the 2400 block of Ski Trail Lane sometime between October and December.

9:58 a.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help a person who was having difficulty breathing in the 20700 block of Cinch Trail.

11:18 a.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person having a seizure in the 500 block of Gilpin Street.

1:13 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a burglary at the North Routt Community Charter School. There was graffiti on the lockers in the school. Deputies think several juveniles were involved, and the case is still under investigation.

2:17 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person concerned about an adult befriending juveniles on social media.

3:08 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who lost a wallet in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.

3:27 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a pickup that was being driven on a sidewalk and yard in the 3300 block of Columbine Drive.

5:42 p.m. North Routt Fire Protection District firefighters were called to a report of a chimney fire at a guest ranch in the 29800 block of C.R. 64. The fire was out when firefighters arrived.

6:24 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a Subaru blocking a driveway in the 600 block of Yampa Street. It was moved.

7:12 p.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a person in the 1300 block of Sparta Plaza.

7:25 p.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a person in the 400 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

8:29 p.m. Officers ticketed a car parked in a no-parking zone at Yampa and Eighth streets.

10:11 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who possibly overdosed in the 2300 block of Après Ski Way.
