12:22 a.m. A bear sighting was reported in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza.

8:58 a.m. An elderly woman was taken to the hospital from the 23000 block of Rock Point Court in Oak Creek because she was suffering from back pain.

9:32 a.m. Vandalism was reported west of Hahn’s Peak Lake near U.S. Forest Service Road 487. A report was taken.



2:09 p.m. A man reportedly was seen laying in the middle of U.S. Highway 40 west of Milner. The man was gone when officers arrived.

7:15 p.m. A man with a medical condition was taken from Rabbit Ears Pass to the hospital. Medics said the man’s wife called for an ambulance as they were driving on U.S. Highway 40, and medics met them to pick up the man.



7:39 p.m. A drunken teenager in the Stagecoach area reportedly became involved in a verbal and physical fight with his mother. The boy was taken to the hospital, and mental health officials were called the help the family. Police said the boy may face criminal charges.
