1:56 a.m. Loud noise was reported on the 400 block of Ore House Plaza.
2:03 a.m. During a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. Highway 40 and Anglers Drive, police arrested a 37-year-old Denver man on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, and on a felony charge of possession of a Schedule II substance. Police said the man possessed three grams of cocaine.
2:58 a.m. During a traffic stop on Columbine Drive, police arrested a 21-year-old Steamboat Springs woman on misdemeanor charges including driving under the influence of alcohol, weaving, possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
4:04 a.m. During the aforementioned traffic stop on Columbine Drive, police said, several passengers in the car were “less than cooperative” with the proceedings, and refused to comply with instructions or stay in the vehicle. Police told the passengers they were free to leave the scene and walk home. A 23-year-old man from Reedsport, Ore., however, returned to the scene a few minutes after leaving and “continued to obstruct the traffic stop.” Police arrested the man on misdemeanor charges including disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and obstruction of an officer.
8:38 a.m. A man reported vandalism on the 2300 block of Mt. Werner Circle.
8:40 a.m. A woman requested an ambulance on the 500 block of Lincoln Avenue.
10:15 a.m. A two-vehicle, non-injury motor vehicle accident occurred on the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.
11:11 a.m. A woman reported theft on the 700 block of Conifer Circle. Police said a diamond ring and a loose jar of change were missing from a residence. The incident is under investigation.
12:58 p.m. A woman made an animal complaint on the 2600 block of Anthony Circle. Police said the incident involved four dogs at large, and a citation was issued to the owner of the animals.
1:10 p.m. Steamboat Springs police responded to a reported domestic violence incident in the Dream Island Mobile Home Park. Officers found the incident to be a verbal altercation, with no criminal offenses.
4:04 p.m. A man reported vandalism on the 2500 block of Pine Grove Road.
7:25 p.m. During a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. Highway 40 and Mt. Werner Road, a Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputy arrested a 20-year-old Steamboat Springs man on misdemeanor charges of driving under a revoked license and failure to turn from a turning lane.
10:08 p.m. A woman reported loud noise from a party on the 300 block of Old Fish Creek Falls Road.
11:05 p.m. A woman reported loud noise from a party on the 300 block of Old Fish Creek Falls Road.
