4:23 a.m. A man reported seeing a suspicious-looking person hitchhiking and later said he saw the same man on a bicycle. The reporting party thought the man might have stolen the bike. The report was made in the 1300 block of Lincoln Avenue.

9:33 a.m. A tire reportedly was stolen from a horse trailer sitting at the end of a trail on Routt County Road 64.



10:59 a.m. A sex offender registered at the Steamboat Springs Police Department.

1:33 p.m. A person reported that graffiti was painted all over town.



1:37 p.m. A camper reportedly was blocking a roadway in the 3300 block of Willowbrook Court. It was moved.

2:51 p.m. A one car, noninjury accident was reported at Country Green.

3:07 p.m. A resident complained that a vehicle was blocking a stop sign at the intersection of Seventh and Aspen streets.

9:17 p.m. A custodian accidentally set off a fire alarm in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive.
