2:16 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol near Central Park Drive and Pine Grove Road.

6:38 a.m. A head-on collision was reported on U.S. Highway 40 near Milner. One man was transported to Denver Health Medical Center with serious injuries. Two other men were taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center with severe injuries.

11:34 a.m. A woman reported that her adult daughter had left four days ago and had not returned to the woman’s home in the 30 block of Butcherknife Alley.

11:51 a.m. A trailer carrying a boat reportedly detached from a truck, hitting a fence on Colorado Highway 131 near milepost 66.

3:12 p.m. A landscape company reported losing a weed trimmer off a truck traveling between Tree Haus Drive and Walton Pond.

3:52 p.m. A person reported that a bike was stolen two weeks ago near Sundance Plaza.

5:14 p.m. A person reported smelling smoke after a lightning bolt hit the ground in the 1200 block of Buckskin Drive.

7:06 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Maple Street and Conifer Circle.

8:40 p.m. A leaning pole was reported near River Road and Spar Street.

11:20 p.m. A fight was reported at a bar in Ski Time Square. There were no arrests.

11:47 p.m. Harassment was reported in the 61000 block of Routt County Road 129.
