Police, fire and ambulance calls

4:35 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers responded to a theft complaint at the 700 block of Walton Pond Circle. A couple of people skipped out on their taxi cab fare. After the cab driver called police, the party returned to pay the fare.

7:58 a.m. Officers responded to property lost in the 800 block of Yampa Street. Someone lost their wedding band.

10:32 a.m. Officers responded to property found in the 800 block of Yampa Street. Someone turned in a phone they found.

3:08 p.m. Officers responded to property found in the 600 block of Marketplace Plaza. A wallet was found.

4:18 p.m. Officers responded to a trespass complaint at the 800 block of Howelsen Parkway. Parties reportedly were trespassing on the ski jumps.

9:54 p.m. Officers responded to a suspicious person call at the gondola parking structure. The call originally concerned a possible car egging that happened a month prior. When officers arrived, they contacted a party who was younger than 21 years old who was drinking. The man was issued an minor in possession of alcohol.
