Police, fire and ambulance calls
2:23 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a noise complaint in the 700 block of Yampa Street. Residents were talking loudly outside and were given a verbal warning.
3:49 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person in a gas station on Anglers Drive. A friend came and took him home.
8:16 a.m. Officers were called to a report of theft in the 400 block of Blue Sage Circle. The victim was called.
9:34 a.m. Officers were called to a report of an animal complaint in the 300 block of Blue Sage Circle. Animal Control handled the situation.
10:54 a.m. Officers were called to a report of an animal complaint at the animal shelter. Animal control handled the situation.
10:54 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who didn’t pay for their gas in the 500 block of Marketplace Plaza.
2:55 p.m. Officers were called to a report of an animal bite on the core trail. Animal control handled the situation.
3:05 p.m. Officers were called to a report of theft in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road. Someone called about a former employee who still had equipment from work. They arranged to return the equipment.
5:02 p.m. Officers were called to a report of harassment in the 2800 block of Owl Hoot Trail. A person was receiving unwanted phone calls. Officers contacted the caller and told them not to call anymore.
6:29 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a found wallet in the 2500 block of Pine Grove Road.
7:19 p.m. Officers were called to a report of loud noise in the 1300 block of Steamboat Boulevard. They were unable to locate the source.
7:27 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person in an alley on Sixth Street. A friend came and took person home.
10 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken person in the 2800 block of Burgess Creek Road. The person was not located.
10:16 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in the on Butcherknife Alley.
10:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who didn’t pay for gas at a station on Anglers Drive. The person returned to pay.
11:35 p.m. Officers were called to a report of loud music in the 900 block of Mountain Village Circle. A warning was given.
