Police, fire and ambulance calls

12:43 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a vehicle complaint outside a restaurant in the 600 block of Yampa Street. An intoxicated man called police and said a vehicle almost hit him and his friends while they were walking along Yampa Street. No description was given of the alleged vehicle, and officers couldn’t locate anyone.

11:01 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. A customer was unhappy with their service, and officers escorted the individual off of Ski Corp. property.



12:45 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person in the 1200 block of Lincoln Avenue. A person was reportedly yelling and cursing at passersby, but no one was in the area when officers arrived.

3:03 p.m. Officers were called to a fraud report in the 3600 block of Lincoln Avenue. There wasn’t enough information available to make a report.



3:24 p.m. Officers were called to a civil complaint in the 300 block of Ore House Plaza. Someone wanted to have a report filed stating that their HOA was not following their contract.

10:39 p.m. Patrolling officers discovered someone sleeping inside a moving trailer in the 1700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The person was arrested for trespassing.

11:50 p.m. Officers initiated a suspicious vehicle report in the area of Chinook Lane and Walton Creek Road, but no further information was available.
