Police, fire and ambulance calls

2:25 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a drunken pedestrian at a bar in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. The person was extremely intoxicated and was arrested for violating a protection order due to alcohol consumption.

11:03 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the area of Pamela Lane and Trafalgar Drive. There was a report of drug paraphernalia in the area, and officers were able to locate it and remove it.



11:27 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the Meadows Parking Lot. A driver wasn’t abiding parking lot staff requests. The driver almost struck a parking attendant, and officers contacted all involved and a report was made.

2:33 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 2000 block of Snow Bowl Plaza. It is the beginning of an identity theft investigation, and no further information was available.



3:27 p.m. Officers were called to a trespassing report in the 2600 block of Medicine Springs Drive. A caretaker of a unit in the area found out that someone had recently been in the unit without permission. The trespasser apparently used the hot tub, and a subsequent investigation found out who it was. The person was given a summons to court for second-degree trespassing.

5:47 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a theft at a store in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. A shirt valued at $38 was stolen, and a suspect was identified.

5:53 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a drunken pedestrian in the 1000 block of Central Park Drive. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate anyone.

7:38 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a theft at a store in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. A jacket valued at $250 was stolen, and a report was made.

9:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the 1600 block of Shadow Run Frontage. The police report states that a person left the scene of the disturbance and returned a short time later with a golf club. He was beaten up before officers arrived and arrested him.
