Police, fire and ambulance calls

1:03 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a suspicious looking person pushing two bicycles near Short Street and Hill Street. The person was not located.

1:03 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a noise complaint in the 2100 block of Val D’lsere Circle. A warning was given.



1:35 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a noise complaint at a hotel in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. A warning was given.

2:18 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a noise complaint in the 1500 block of Red Hawk Court. A warning was given.



3:47 a.m. Officers were called to a report of someone having pushed over a street sign near Walton Creek Road and Whistler Road.

4:09 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. A person was sleeping in their car near Gondola Square and was asked to move.

6:03 a.m. Officers were called to a report of an assault in the 2900 block of West Acres Drive. Two people were arguing and one person was arrested.

6:13 a.m. Officers were called to a report of people camping at Whistler Park. They were given a warning.

9:59 a.m. Officers were called to a report of fraud at a grocery store in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Somebody had questions about charges on a credit card.

10:54 a.m. Officers were called to a report of wildlife on the Core Trail. The Department of Wildlife handled the call.

12:04 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of harassment in the 23000 block of Schussmark Trail in Oak Creek.

6:39 p.m. Officers were called to a report of trespassing at the rodeo grounds.

9:46 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a fight at the Dry Lake Campground.

10:02 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance at the rodeo grounds. There was a verbal argument in the parking lot, and everything was fine.

10:08 p.m. Officers were called to a report of fireworks at the rodeo grounds. The person responsible was not located.

10:13 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a hit-and-run accident near 10th Street and Yampa Street.

10:37 p.m. Officers were called to a report of someone climbing on a building in the 600 block of Marketplace Plaza. The person was given a warning.
