2:32 a.m. A noise complaint was received from the 1300 block of Athens Plaza.

7:29 a.m. A dog bite complaint was received from the 21600 block of Second Avenue in Phippsburg, where a man was bitten by his own dog while trying to break up a dog fight. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies took a report.



7:31 a.m. A dog at large was reported at Colorado Highway 131 and U.S. Highway 40. The dog was gone when animal control officers arrived.

8:59 a.m. A possible restraining order violation was reported in Yampa, where a woman thought her ex-husband was driving by her house. Sheriff’s Office deputies were unable to locate the vehicle.



9 a.m. A 27-year-old Steamboat Springs woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under restraint and an outstanding warrant during a traffic stop on Dream Island Plaza.

9:52 a.m. A dog at large was reported in the 3800 block of Whistler Road. The dog was gone when animal control officers arrived.

11:01 a.m. A parking complaint was received from Amethyst Drive and East Maple Street. Police issued a citation.

11:11 a.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 44900 block of Diamondback Way. Everything was fine.

12:23 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive. Police took a report.

12:54 p.m. A burglar alarm went off in the 1400 block of Fish Creek Falls Road. Everything was fine.

3:28 p.m. A 34-year-old Steamboat Springs woman was arrested in the 200 block of Hill Street on suspicion of criminal attempt, fraud and deceit, and violating bail bond conditions.

3:38 p.m. An illegally parked vehicle was towed from the 200 block of Howelsen Parkway.

4:06 p.m. A bank alarm went off in the 200 block of Anglers Drive. Everything was fine.

4:48 p.m. A propane tank leak was reported in the 100 block of Nancy Crawford Boulevard in Oak Creek. Ferrellgas resolved the situation.

4:52 p.m. A 43-year-old Denver man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, third-degree trespassing and obstructing a peace officer in the 25500 block of Routt County Road 14 in Stagecoach.

5:17 p.m. A dog at large was reported in the 2600 block of Abbey Road. Animal control officers gave a warning.

5:22 p.m. Threats were reported in the 400 block of Eighth Street. Police took a report.

6:04 p.m. An ambulance was requested in Yampa for an intoxicated 46-year-old woman. She was turned over to the care of a family member.

7:03 p.m. Police assisted a motorist in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

7:59 p.m. A 27-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested during a traffic stop near mile marker 129 on U.S. 40, on suspicion of driving under the influence, speeding, driving under restraint and acting as a fugitive of justice.

8:45 p.m. A suspicious incident was reported near mile marker 17 on C.R. 14, where there were cones in the road. The cones were there for ongoing construction.

9:34 p.m. A one-vehicle accident was reported west of Hayden on U.S. 40, where a car struck a cow in the roadway. Two people were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.

9:56 p.m. A one-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported on C.R. 36, where a car slid off the road. The driver was able to get the vehicle out of the ditch.
