12:18 a.m. A power outage was reported in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. Yampa Valley Electric fixed the problem.

12:28 a.m. A man and woman reportedly were arguing in the 1300 block of Dream Island Plaza. The man was arrested on suspicion of harassment.

1:04 a.m. A 22-year-old man was arrested on two fugitive of justice warrants and a failure to appear warrant in the 1900 block of Curve Plaza.

2:51 a.m. A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and hit-and-run in the 1100 block of Anglers Drive. The man also was issued a minor in possession ticket.

11:35 a.m. A picture print reportedly was stolen in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue.

12:19 p.m. A woman reportedly was driving with a child in the 200 block of Lincoln Avenue, but the child was not in a car seat. The woman was gone when officers arrived.

2:11 p.m. Two unknown thefts were reported in the first block of Maple Street.

2:17 p.m. Two men were arrested in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza. A 29-year-old man was arrested on two failure to appear warrants and a 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs, weapons and drug paraphernalia.

2:26 p.m. A motorcycle reportedly hit a car near 11th and Yampa streets. One man reportedly sustained a minor leg injury but refused to be taken to the hospital.

2:48 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident reportedly occurred in the 1300 block of Walton Creek Road.

3:32 p.m. A chemical spill reportedly occurred on Colorado Highway 134 near mile marker 6. By the time officers arrived on scene, the barrels of the substance had been moved, and there was no spill.

3:49 p.m. A cell phone reportedly was found and turned in to the police department in the 800 block of Yampa Street.

9:23 p.m. A woman reportedly received harassing phone calls in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

9:48 p.m. A loud truck reportedly was running behind a hotel in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue. The truck was gone when officers arrived.

10:50 p.m. Loud fireworks were reported in the 800 block of Douglas Street.

11:04 p.m. A loud party was reported on Stone Lane. The residents were given a verbal warning.
