10:54 a.m. A 22-year-old man was arrested on charges of growing marijuana plants in his apartment in the 800 block of Weiss Drive.

11:12 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

12:14 p.m. A report was made at a residence in the Buffalo Pass area that a car was broken into, and items were taken. The culprit reportedly has not paid for the damage or returned the items.

12:54 p.m. Skateboarders were reported on Missouri Avenue. They were gone when police arrived.

2:23 p.m. Two skateboarders were reported between The Boulevard and Ninth and 10th streets. They were gone when police arrived.

2:37 p.m. The police assisted an elderly couple whose car broke down near North Park Road and Logan Avenue.

3:09 p.m. An identity theft was reported in the 300 block of Blackberry Lane.

4:11 p.m. A woman in the 1500 block of Shadow Run reported that a man in a blue minivan was following her. Police found and interviewed the man and determined that he was not following her.

4:16 p.m. A welfare check was requested for a person having a panic attack in the 700 block of Walton Circle.

10:09 p.m. A noise complaint was made in the 500 block of Eaglepointe Circle.
