Police, fire and ambulance calls

7:14 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a report of a car that ran a stop sign at Sixth and Pine streets. It could not be located.

9:33 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue. A person found an anti-coal flier on their car. The person thought it was put there because they had a pro-coal bumper sticker on their car.



12:33 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a moose at South Lincoln Avenue and Mount Werner Road. The moose was checked on.

2:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a stolen bike found at Bud Werner Memorial Library.



4:43 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who was receiving unwanted text messages from an ex.

5:02 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person who had fraudulent charges on a bank account.

5:07 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help with a crash at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue.

8:02 p.m. Oak Creek Fire Protection District firefighters were called to help an unconscious person in the 100 block of East Main Street.

9:09 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a bear in a dumpster in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road.
