Police, fire and ambulance calls
1:43 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers contacted a man standing outside a bar in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. He had a beer and was 20 years old. He was given a summons for possessing alcohol.
4:09 a.m. Officers were called to help security officers with a disturbance at a lodging property in the 2700 block of Village Drive. A drunken female was being obnoxious.
7:31 a.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 400 block of Tamarack Drive.
8:38 a.m. Officers were called to a report of a woman who said her expensive jewelry was taken from a hotel in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle. She found it.
8:47 p.m. Officers were called to a report of snow not being removed from a sidewalk on 13th Street.
12:25 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance at Rita Valentine Park. People got into a confrontation after their dogs got into a fight. Both dogs were injured.
1:13 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a burglary in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue. A man found his door kicked in. Nothing was missing.
1:41 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a sick person in the 300 block of Steamboat Boulevard.
2:18 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a person in the 2000 block of Snow Bowl Plaza who had unauthorized charges on a credit card.
2:24 p.m. Officers were called to check on the welfare of a person in the 2900 block of Abbey Road. They were taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center.
3:24 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person who fell in the 1000 block of Pine Street.
5:12 p.m. Steamboat firefighters were called to help a person with an unknown medical problem in the 1000 block of The Boulevard.
5:30 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet found at a bar in the 1000 block of High Point Drive.
5:41 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a truck tailgating and aggressive driving at Anglers Drive and South Lincoln Avenue. It could not be located.
6:43 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious incident in the 1200 block of 13th Street.
8:25 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a disturbance in the 2900 block of Columbine Drive. A neighbor reported hearing a fight. Two men were arguing, and one reportedly threatened the other with a knife. The man tried to take the knife away and got cut. A 24-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of felony menacing and third-degree assault.
8:34 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a suspicious person who was yelling, screaming and trying to get into a business in the 400 block of Lincoln Avenue. He was gone when officers arrived.
8:52 p.m. Officers were called to a report of a wallet stolen from a purse that was in a shopping cart at a grocery store in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive.
10:14 p.m. Officers were called to a report of loud music in the 100 block of Mountain Village Circle.
