12:59 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a request for an ambulance in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The initial report was that people were fighting, but police determined that a man in his 20s had hyper-extended his knee while going down a flight of stairs. Medical crews took the man to Yampa Valley Medical Center.
1:54 a.m. Police arrested a 30-year-old Steamboat Springs man after a traffic stop at Ninth and Yampa streets on suspicion of driving under the influence, unsafe backing, driving under restraint and a warrant for failure to appear.
8:31 a.m. Police were called to a report of a car stolen from Butcherknife Alley.
11:15 a.m. Hayden Police Department officers and West Routt Fire Protection District emergency responders were called to a request for an ambulance in the Hayden area.
1:07 p.m. Police were called to a report of a black lab charging at a person in the 3000 block of Après Ski Way. Police gave the dog’s owner a ticket.

2:37 p.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to a report of a bull loose at Routt County roads 18 and 18C.
3:02 p.m. Police were called to a report of a .45-caliber gun found at Steamboat Springs Airport. No more information about the gun was available.
3:04 p.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue were called to a request for an ambulance. A 29-year-old man on a bicycle reportedly ran off the side of a road. Medical crews treated the man at the scene.
3:40 p.m. Police were called to a report of a woman driving a black truck erratically and crossing the center and side lines on South Lincoln Avenue near Mount Werner Road.
4:25 p.m. Police were called to a report of two children, about 6 to 8 years old, playing with matches near brush at Alpenglow Way and Val d’Isere Circle.
4:42 p.m. Police were called to a request to check on the welfare of a woman who reportedly had been drinking for more than a day. Officers checked the home, but nobody was there.
5:55 p.m. Police were called to a complaint about a person riding an ATV on Montview Court.
7:51 p.m. Police were called to a report of a dispute on Anglers Drive. Officers determined it was a verbal argument between a man and a woman, and the situation was mediated. Offices also issued a summons for possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.
10:06 p.m. North Routt Fire Protection District emergency responders were called to a request for an ambulance in the Clark area.
11:35 p.m. Deputies were called to a request for a welfare check in the 31000 block of C.R. 35. No more information was available.
