1:24 a.m. Two men reportedly were fighting in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. No injuries were reported, and one of the men was given a ride home.
3:35 a.m. A 22-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, first-degree motor vehicle theft, false reporting and failing to report an accident. Police said the man stole an Alpine Taxi while the taxi’s driver was using a bathroom. Officers stopped the man near Steamboat Boulevard and Mount Werner Road after he reportedly ran into something.
3:41 a.m. A 22-year-old man was arrested near Fifth and Oak streets on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after police found the man “slumped over his steering wheel.”
4:23 a.m. Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office deputies reportedly found an abandoned vehicle in Arapahoe County that was registered to a Steamboat Springs resident. Police said the car’s owner does not live in Steamboat anymore.
9:12 a.m. A woman’s neighbor reportedly backed into her recycling bin in the 1700 block of Timothy Drive. The woman told police her neighbor refused to pick up the strewn trash. Police left the woman’s neighbor a message to clean the mess up.
9:35 a.m. A man in the 1300 block of Hilltop Parkway reported an identity theft from 2003 that he just found out about.
10:46 a.m. Several construction vehicles reportedly were blocking Conifer Circle.
2:14 p.m. Someone was cited for using someone’s ski pass in the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle.
3:27 p.m. A 35-year-old woman was arrested near Lincoln Avenue and Whistler Road on suspicion of driving under revocation, driving an unlicensed vehicle and careless driving after she was involved in a two-vehicle, noninjury accident.
4:35 p.m. Someone lost a laptop in the 700 block of Marketplace Plaza.
4:43 p.m. Someone reportedly broke into a car and stole something in the 1600 block of Pine Grove Road.
5:03 p.m. A 20-year-old Oak Creek man was arrested in the 2000 block of Snowbowl Plaza for failing to appear in court.
5:05 p.m. A car reportedly was leaking gasoline in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza.
5:26 p.m. Someone reportedly broke into a car at a construction site and stole something.
5:53 p.m. Officers reportedly found drug contraband on the 35-year-old woman who had been arrested earlier in the day.
7:26 p.m. A 26-year-old Steamboat Springs woman was arrested in the 700 block of Weiss Circle for being a fugitive of justice.
7:31 p.m. Someone reportedly heard gunshots near Fourth and Oak streets.
