— 1 a.m. Police responded to a suspicious incident reported on Short Street where a car reportedly was parked strangely and driving from the house to a large trash container.

1:13 a.m. Police responded to the 2300 block of Mount Werner Circle where a hotel guest, who reportedly had kicked a hotel door, refused to leave. Police arrested a 21-year-old Denver man on suspicion of disorderly conduct and trespassing.

2:09 a.m. Deputies and police officers responded to a report of a drunken pedestrian on U.S. Highway 40 near Routt County Road 42.



8:53 a.m. Police responded to a report of a 1996 red Toyota 4Runner stolen from the 400 block of Alpine Court. The keys were reportedly left in the vehicle.

9:24 a.m. Deputies responded to a theft reported in the 28000 block of Valley View Lane.



9:35 a.m. Police responded to a report of a theft of tools and building equipment in the 600 block of Marketplace Plaza. The goods later were recovered at a pawnshop. Police are investigating.

10:16 a.m. Police responded to a report of a theft of money from a business in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police are investigating.

12:21 p.m. Police responded to a report of a 2001 black Chevy Tahoe stolen from the 1500 block of Blue Sage Drive. The vehicle reportedly was taken by a relative without permission.

1:31 p.m. Police responded to a report of a car accident in the alley behind the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. The accident happened three weeks ago and the parties exchanged information, but one party reportedly ceased contact.

3:27 p.m. Police responded to report of a golden retriever at large in the 200 block of Bear Drive. The dog was taken to a shelter.

3:29 p.m. Police responded to an animal complaint in the 2400 block of Val d’Isere Circle.

4:58 p.m. Police responded to a reported theft of a flag in the 1100 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

5:51 p.m. Deputies responded to a report of an abandoned car near the intersection of U.S. 40 and C.R. 51. Deputies attempted to contact the owner but could not. The car was towed for safety concerns.

6:25 p.m. Police and deputies responded to a traffic stop near the intersection of Conestoga Circle and U.S. 40.

6:40 p.m. Police responded to a dog bite complaint in the 1000 block of Central Park Drive where a 2-year-old female was bitten by her family’s dog.

9:56 p.m. Deputies responded to a vehicle accident on U.S. 40 near Rabbit Ears Pass. Colorado State Patrol officials were on scene with another accident, and the case was released to them.

11:07 p.m. Police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked with its lights on in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue.

11:13 p.m. Deputies responded to a report stolen cell phone in the 44000 bock of C.R. 36.
