12:22 a.m. A resident reported a group of men being disorderly in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square Drive. Officers issued a warning.

6:21 a.m. A motor vehicle accident was reported on U.S. Highway 40 near Saddle Mountain Ranch.

11:06 a.m. A noninjury accident was reported at the intersection of Pine Grove Road and Mount Werner Circle.



11:28 a.m. A suspicious person was reported in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. Officers said the report was unfounded.

1:31 p.m. Officers assisted an ambulance in the 800 block of Lincoln Avenue.



5:37 p.m. A driver fled a gas station without paying on U.S. 40.

8:13 p.m. A one-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 800 block of Yampa Street. One person was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.

9:20 p.m. A resident complained about noise at the intersection of Chinook Lane and Skyview Lane. Officers issued a warning.

10:21 p.m. An incident of assault and battery was reported at the Howelsen Hill Skateboard Park. Officers are investigating.
