12:20 a.m. A drunken man reportedly was throwing rocks at cars while he was waiting for a bus in the 2500 block of Village Drive.
2:20 a.m. The same drunken man was arrested in the first block of Anglers Drive on suspicion of harassment, resisting arrest and being a fugitive of justice. Police said the 58-year-old transient man was yelling and threatening people as they drove by and reportedly threw a beer bottle at a police officer when he tried to contact the man.
2:24 a.m. Several intoxicated people reportedly were fighting near Lincoln Avenue and Third Street. Officers mediated the situation.
7:46 a.m. Someone reportedly stole a power cord from the 3100 block of Heavenly View.
8:08 a.m. A woman reportedly lost her purse in the 1800 block of Ski Time Square.
8:49 a.m. Someone reportedly stole a power cord from the 900 block of Steamboat Boulevard.
8:53 a.m. A man in the 2400 block of Ski Trail Lane reportedly was drinking alcohol at his place of employment and damaged some items. The man also reportedly took some keys that were not his.
9:11 a.m. Someone reportedly broke windows out of a bathroom in the 1300 block of Lincoln Avenue.
11:05 a.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported near Central Park Drive and Pine Grove Road.
4:59 p.m. A 37-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of menacing after he reportedly threatened to fight a man who called him a name in the 400 block of Yampa Street.
6:42 p.m. A 44-year-old Phippsburg man was arrested on suspicion of drinking under the influence of alcohol, possessing drug paraphernalia, possessing less than 1 ounce of marijuana and illegal passing on Colorado Highway 131 near the Phippsburg Bridge.
9:56 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury, hit-and-run accident was reported in the 3100 block of Chinook Lane.
10:12 p.m. A gas skip was reported in the 1800 block of Kamar Plaza.
10:28 p.m. Two people reportedly were cited for disorderly conduct in the 400 block of Yampa Street.
11:07 p.m. Someone was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol near Fourth Street and Lincoln Avenue.
11:40 p.m. A small grass fire reportedly started in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police said the fire most likely was started by fireworks. Fire fighters extinguished the fire, and no damage was done.
