12:03 a.m. Police officers responded to Ski Time Square for a report of a business playing loud music. A verbal warning was issued.

7:11 a.m. A code enforcement violation was reported from the 500 block of Retreat Drive. A caller complained about construction workers hammering, talking loudly and throwing things too early in the morning. A verbal warning was issued.

8:17 a.m. Vandalism was reported at The Porches, where two portable toilets had been tipped over. While on scene, officers also took a lost property report of missing keys from a piece of construction equipment.

8:22 a.m. Police, Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue and Routt County Search and Rescue responded to Howelsen Hill, where a man reportedly was suffering from a heart attack. The man was transported to Yampa Valley Medical Center. His condition is unknown.

8:49 a.m. Reckless drivers were reported in Ski Time Square, where a construction worker said motorists were refusing to obey the flagger. Police increased patrols in the area.

8:58 a.m. A driver ran into a parked car in the 1800 block of Central Park Drive. The driver called police to report the accident.

9:28 a.m. A family reported someone was harassing their daughter.

9:55 a.m. A deer jumped into the side of a car at U.S. Highway 40 and Hilltop Parkway. A report was taken, and the injured deer was put down by Colorado Division of Wildlife officers.

10:58 a.m. Officers responded to a report of a puppy locked in a car in the parking garage at the Steamboat Grand Resort Hotel. An animal control officer said the puppy had water and that the temperature in the garage was only 60 degrees. No action was taken.

11:20 a.m. A bike was reported stolen from the 1400 block of Morgan Court.

1:58 p.m. A woman backed out of her driveway and into the cables that support a power pole on Sixth Street between Pine and Oak streets. A report was taken.

5:36 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported at 10th Street and Lincoln Avenue. A report was taken, and one of the drivers was issued a citation.

11:39 p.m. A report of vandalism was made in the 2300 block of Apres Ski Way. A caller said people were breaking into a construction site. Officers couldn’t find any damage and left a note for the construction company.
