12:05 a.m. Steamboat Springs Police Department officers were called to a noise complaint in the 1700 block of Saddle Creek Court. Officers gave a warning.

6:23 a.m. Police were called to a report of a counterfeit $50 at City Market.

7:50 a.m. Police were called to a burglary alarm in the 2300 block of Ski Trail Lane. Everything was fine.



8:01 a.m. Police were called to a complaint about juveniles ringing church bells at Seventh and Oak streets.

8:33 a.m. Police and Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue emergency responders were called to a fire alarm caused by burnt food in the 2800 block of Village Drive.



8:52 a.m. Police were called to an alarm in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue. A panic alarm was set off accidentally by an employee.

9:33 a.m. Routt County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called to an ongoing issue with a dog at large in the 2000 block of Shield Drive.

9:40 a.m. Division of Wildlife officers were called to a report of a bear in the 300 block of Pine Street.

9:50 a.m. Police were called to a report of an assault on Indian Trails.

10:16 a.m. Police were called to a report of threats on Downhill Drive. The report was unfounded.

10:54 a.m. Police were called to a report of a vicious dog in the 1500 block of Conestoga Circle. Officers ticketed the owner.

11:07 a.m. Police were called to a report of drivers running through a stop sign on River Road.

11:06 a.m. Police were called to an animal complaint in Whistler Village.

11:43 a.m. Police arrested two men in connection with an eluding incident that occurred Thursday. A 26-year-old Loveland man was arrested on suspicion of false reporting. A 36-year-old Loveland man was arrested on suspicion of eluding, disregarding a stop sign, reckless driving, possession of dangerous drugs, failure to notify police, leaving the scene of an accident, weaving, failure to signal, failure to dim lights, speeding and driving while license revoked.

12:26 p.m. Police were called to a report of a bike theft in the 700 block of Yampa Street.

12:50 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of lost wallet in the 40000 block of Steamboat Drive.

1:32 p.m. Police were called to a report of harassment in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue.

1:33 p.m. Police were called to a report of suspicious incident at Fish Creek Falls Road and Tamarack Drive. A driver reported that the car’s side window shattered while driving.

1:42 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of a car hitting a deer at mile marker 60 of Colorado Highway 131. No one was injured.

4:15 p.m. Police were called to a report of a theft in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue.

4:22 p.m. Police were called to a report of a burglary alarm repeatedly going off on Trails Edge. Officers did not locate the source of the alarm.

5:18 p.m. Police were called to an animal complaint in the 1700 block of Central Park Drive.

5:42 p.m. Police were called to a report of a bike weaving in and out of traffic at Third Street and Lincoln Avenue. The rider was not contacted.

5:44 p.m. Police were called to an animal complaint on Hiawatha Court.

5:50 p.m. Police were called to a report of a theft in the 700 block of Lincoln Avenue.

7:20 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue and police and were called to a report of an unconscious, intoxicated person at Howelsen Hill. Emergency responders transported the person to Yampa Valley Medical Center.

7:31 p.m. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue and police were called to a report of a drug overdose at Howelsen Hill. Emergency responders transported the person to YVMC.

7:55 p.m. Deputies were called to a report of sheep on the road in the 39000 block of Routt County Road 34.

9:21 p.m. Police were called to downtown Steamboat Springs for an extra foot patrol.

9:21 p.m. Police officers issued a ticket to a person urinating in public in downtown Steamboat Springs.

9:25 p.m. Police were called to a report of a drunken driver on U.S. Highway 40 near Steamboat II. Police were unable to locate the driver.

9:29 p.m. Police were called to a report of a disturbance between two friends in the 1300 block of Athens Plaza. A table and some dishware were broken in the dispute. Officers arrested a 46-year-old Steamboat Springs man on suspicion of criminal mischief and violating bail bond conditions.

9:48 p.m. Police were called to a report of juveniles trying to enter a business in the 700 block of South Lincoln Avenue. Police were unable to locate anyone.

10:08 p.m. Police were called to a report of loud music coming from a restaurant and bar on Seventh Street. Officers issued a ticket to the business’ management.

10:13 p.m. Deputies were called to report of a car hitting a deer at mile marker 66 of Colorado Highway 131. No one was injured.

11:08 p.m. Police were called to a report of a bear in the 2900 block of Village Drive. Officers scared it away with a beanbag round.
