1:24 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol at the intersection of Mount Werner Road and U.S. Highway 40.
11:26 a.m. Vandalism was reported in the 3600 block of Lincoln Avenue. A window was broken with a BB gun.
11:55 a.m. An ambulance was requested for a man who fell 40 feet from a rock face Monday near Fish Creek Falls.
2:27 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1400 block of South Lincoln Avenue.
6:45 p.m. A person reported that a foul ball from a baseball game damaged his window near Howelsen Hill.
9:41 p.m. A noise complaint was reported for a band playing in the 2700 block of Dowhill Plaza.
10:16 p.m. A noise complaint was reported for loud music in Yampa.
10:52 p.m. A noise complaint was reported in the 800 block of Weiss Drive.
10:54 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of having drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of alcohol at the intersection of U.S. 40 and Hilltop Parkway.
