12:36 a.m. An underage drinker in the 1900 block of Steamboat Boulevard was given a ticket for being a minor in possession. The other residents at the loud party were given warnings to be quiet.
12:48 a.m. A BMC motorcycle reportedly was knocked over by the wind in the 3300 block of Meadow Lane.
1:19 a.m. A man who said he was “Hal from Seattle” reportedly was cursing at a convenience store clerk in the 600 block of Lincoln Avenue. The man was gone when officers arrived.
6:05 a.m. Someone reportedly broke into a restaurant in the 1400 block of Pine Grove Road and stole an undisclosed amount of money. The incident is under investigation.
8:31 a.m. A statue reportedly was broken in the 800 block of Oak Street.
10:42 a.m. A woman reported watching a man trying to break into a car in the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue. Police found that the man was actually trying to get into his own car because he had locked himself out.
11:01 a.m. A man in the 2000 block of Walton Creek Road reported that $500 was stolen. A report was taken.
1:15 p.m. A two-vehicle, noninjury accident was reported in the 1300 block of Bob Adams Drive.
3:59 p.m. Someone in Arizona was concerned about two friends who had gone to the Rainbow Family gathering and had not returned. A report was taken.
4:23 p.m. A man reportedly drove up to a child care center in the 100 block of Spar Street asking children whether they wanted to see a puppy. The man got out of his car with a puppy and then left. The incident is under investigation.
4:50 p.m. Someone reportedly was running over street cones on Colorado Highway 131 near mile marker 60. The cars were gone when officers arrived.
5:08 p.m. A woman near Forest Service Road 505 at the Rainbow gathering reported a DVD player and a toolbox stolen from her car. A report was taken.
7:47 p.m. A baby boy in the 2600 block of Honeysuckle Lane reportedly was having difficulty breathing.
8:18 p.m. A woman in the 3700 block of Lincoln Avenue reportedly was yelling and screaming outside her home. The woman was gone when officers arrived.
9:04 p.m. Four men and a woman reportedly were screaming and pushing each other in the 2000 block of Snowbowl Plaza. Officers contacted the people and made sure everything was OK.
9:59 p.m. A 61-year-old Steamboat Springs man was arrested on suspicion of driving under restraint, driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to obey traffic near Fifth Street and Lincoln Avenue.
